US NORTHCOM admits that they are preparing military operations within the United States. This is the first time in history this has been done. They will be working with DHS, state and local law enforcement on U.S. soil.

The focus of this operation will be in our back yard. This ORI is planning on defending against enemy attacks, supporting civilian authorities with fighting an unconventional foe in the U.S.

NORTHCOM went on to say that the drill will be in the Gulf area. They anticipate no infrastructure or extreme weather conditions.

“Even more significant, this inspection marked the first time that any Air Force unit has been wartime validated in support of the security and defense of the United States of America. That’s huge,” Nelson said.

The survival of thousand Americans rests on this training they went on to say.

The Intel Hub believes they are preparing for a major biological attack or false flag. We will keep you posted. This could be part of Operation Garden Plot. This could be why there is a hardened troop build up in the Gulf.

Unlawful anti-terror powers planned for use during 2012 Olympics

Police are planning to use an anti-terror law deemed unlawful by the European Court of Human Rights across the country during the London Olympics, The Times has learned.

Senior officers are considering using Section 44 of the Terrorism Act 2000 at every Underground and railway station nationwide.

Privacy campaigners criticised the proposal yesterday. The powers would enable police to stop and search members of the public without any suspicion that they were involved in terrorism.

The Times understands that this would be the first time that the powers would have been used across such a wide area. Police said that Section 44, which must be granted by the Home Secretary for a designated area, would be used only in the event of an escalated terror threat. Officers are being trained to use behavioural profiling to spot suspicious characters during stop- and-search operations.

Privacy experts said that the plan could heighten tensions between the public and police. Simon Davies, the director of Privacy International, said: “The history of stop and search in this country is abhorrent. I wouldn’t trust the police to make the right judgment.

“It is well known that stop-and- search powers have created extraordinary tensions among a range of ethnic groups,” he said. “There’s no doubt that extension of the use of those powers would exacerbate those tensions.”

Last month the use of the terror law was criticised by the European Court of Human Rights. It found that Section 44 violated individual freedoms guaranteeing the right to private life.

The court said that the power to search an individual’s clothing and belongings in public involved an element of humiliation that was a clear interference with the right to privacy. Judges also attacked the arbitrary nature of the power as well as the way in which its use was authorised.

Despite this, Alan Johnson, the Home Secretary, said that police would continue to use Section 44. The Home Office is appealing against the European Court ruling.

The Metropolitan Police agreed last year to limit its use of the powers after critics claimed that it was discriminating against minority groups. However, Assistant Chief Constable Steve Thomas, of the British Transport Police, told The Times that the powers would be considered for 2012.

Mr Thomas, the Olympic National Transport Security Co-ordinator for the Home Office, said: “If there is a severe level of threat we will be looking to use Section 44 at every Underground and railway station. We are planning on the assumption that there will be a severe threat to the UK during the Games, on the basis that we can then scale down rather than quickly scale up.” He said that if Section 44 was put in place across the country it would not mean that every station would be flooded with officers, but individual stations would be targeted as part of an operation.

Shami Chakrabarti, the director of Liberty, the campaigning organisation that brought the European Court case, said that while there was an obvious need for heightened precautions during the 2012 Games, Britain’s antiterrorism laws need to be “tightened up”. She said: “It would be incredibly dangerous to build Olympic security on such a legally flawed foundation.”

De Facto Military Occupation of Pennsylvania

WPXI in Pittsburgh reported on February 9 that the Army National Guard will remain in the city “indefinitely” in response to the weather. “The guardsmen are paired up with police and medics across town, turning dozens of humvees into welcome wagons,” the news channel reported.

This represents the de facto military occupation of Pennsylvania and martial law. Martial law is defined as the imposition of military rule by military authorities on an emergency basis when the civilian government or civilian authorities fail to function effectively. This is apparently precisely the case in Pennsylvania. It remains to be seen if the military or the civilian government is in control there.

Note the soldier near the end of this video. He is identified as an Army Specialist, not National Guard. Specialist is one of the four junior enlisted ranks in the U.S. Army above Private First Class.

The Army National Guard is part of the National Guard, ostensibly under the control of state governors. However, members of the Army National Guard are federally recognized armed force members in the active or inactive service of the United States and are a reserve component of the United States Army.

The traditional role of the National Guard was abolished with the 2007 Defense Authorization Act (aka the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act). It increased the president’s powers to federalize National Guard units and to use federal troops in domestic situations.

Prior to the change, the nation’s governors protested the proposed unprecedented shift in authority from the states to the federal government. “This provision [the 2007 Defense Authorization Act] was drafted without consultation or input from governors and represents an unprecedented shift in authority from governors as commanders and chief of the Guard to the federal government,” the governors stated in a sharply worded letter that was transmitted to Republican and Democratic leaders in Congress in August, 2006.

51 governors, including some from U.S. territories, had signed the letter, an indication of broad bipartisan support that emphasized the depth of opposition among state executives to encroachments by the federal government in violation of the Tenth Amendment.

In January, Obama stepped up the ongoing process of federalization when he signed an executive order creating the Council of Governors. ““Obama signed an executive order establishing a panel to be known as the Council of Governors, which will be made up of 10 state governors, to be selected by the president to serve two-year terms. Members will review matters involving the National Guard; homeland defense; civil support; and synchronization and integration of state and federal military activities in the United States, the White House said in a statement,” the UPI reported on January 11.

In Pennsylvania and other eastern states hit by historically severe snowstorms are now experiencing “military activities” under the guise of helping citizens. Or maybe that should be civilians.

Citizens need to be warned that they are in essence under military occupation and if the above report is any indication the occupiers plan to stay “indefinitely.”

“Standing armies [are] inconsistent with [a people's] freedom and subversive of their quiet.” said Thomas Jefferson in 1775. “The spirit of this country is totally adverse to a large military force,” he said in 1807.

Maybe it was adverse in Jefferson’s day. Now? A lot of people seem to support deploying soldiers during snowstorms.

An entire Command (North-Com) had been created to deal with ‘natural or man-made’ emergencies, consisting primarily of battle-hardened soldiers from Iraq and Afghanistan who could “use some of the skills they acquired in the war zone" to deal with "civil unrest and crowd control” here... in the United States!

The More of The Report I Read... The Clearer It Became.

One of the first things you used to learn in boot camp is the Posse Comitatus Act, which was created 200 years ago to make sure the military was never used against the citizens. But, for all practical purposes, this law has now been completely negated through Executive Orders issued by Presidents Clinton, Bush and Obama(1).

The more of the report I read, the clearer it became that over many years the bureaucrats in Washington, Republican and Democrat alike - were carefully maneuvering for an eventual silent coup... one that would never make headlines but would result in the transfer of power from the American people to a secret group of wealthy bankers who already had everything they wanted... except total power.

Shortly thereafter, I left my job and began making plans to prepare for what I see as a martial law lock-down or perhaps even a complete military takeover. That’s when a friend of mine (who still worked and ran in these elite circles) asked me to take a look at an advance manuscript that he had “acquired”. He said it was sending shock-waves through the establishment. He didn’t say how he got it, he simply urged me to read it.

I saw the list the government was compiling... I knew who was at the top... and I couldn’t believe what I was reading!”

I wondered how this advance copy came to be in my friend’s hands, but thought better than to ask. I was simply glad to have it... because in a clear and concise way it explained exactly what is happening behind the scenes and what establishment insiders want to happen. Even more importantly, the manuscript detailed precisely how the global elite and their families are preparing for dangerous times.

Look, if you’re thinking this is all just conspiracy hype, just consider for a moment some recent headlines:

• H.R.645 and the New FEMA Concentration Camps

The last one, H.R.645 was part of the plan I had read before and actually calls for Homeland Security to build no fewer than 6 national facilities for holding civilians. Trust me when I tell you that there is a plan in place for the suspension of all Constitutional Rights of Americans. The plan includes "interning" certain segments of the population if such a national emergency arises.

Almost daily you’ll find headlines telling the same story... and these are in establishment publications! The manuscript I had received ‘unofficially’ has now been rewritten to avoid security issues and copyright problems. It’s also been condensed to eliminate the fluff, tightly edited to deliver the more essential material and then finally republished with some very obvious pro-freedom observations.

And now, I’m risking it all to share it with you. But be forewarned, “Understanding and Surviving Martial Law”, is not for the faint-hearted, and may even shock you. Do Not read any further if you are easily frightened.

This new manual “Understanding and Surviving Martial Law” has demonstrated to me that our government is no longer concerned with protecting the public... our government now exists to benefit a select few and the rest of us are wage slaves. Listen, even though things on the surface seem normal, they are not. It’s the calm before the engineered storm.

I firmly believe that conditions in this country are going to deteriorate rapidly once the right “event” triggers a crisis.  Despite advice from well meaning friends, I felt I owed it to my fellow citizens who have been lulled into pacifism by promises of "hope and change."  However, this information is only for the stout of heart, because what you will learn about it may shake your patriotism deeply... and perhaps even lead you to doubt your allegiance. 

I had forgotten much of my history and was reminded of the history of many “dust bin” republics when reading Chapter One, “A Brief History of Tyranny,” about how tyrants use crises to grab more power, always holding onto that power until it is taken from them by force. This happened with both Greece and Rome, and in our own time dictators on the right and left have taken power during times of economic crisis.

Unfortunately, the framework for martial law has already been put in place by the last two administrations and now only needs a "trigger". Interestingly enough, this country has a long history of evoking martial law, all of which will make it easier to declare the next one. The problem is that all the previous declarations of Martial Law will pale in comparison to what our rulers have planned very soon! Here are some previous examples:

• Martial Law was declared by General Andrew Jackson during the War of 1812
  
• President Lincoln declared it again during the War Between the States, arresting anyone who dissented from his war-time policies, including newspaper editors and legislators!
  
• In 1931, Texas Governor Ross used National Guard troops to enforce limits on the size of private property!
  
• Much of the Pacific Coast was under martial law after the attack on Pearl Harbor.

Even worse, our country already has a history of the domestic use of the armed forces without a declaration of martial law. 

• In 1871, President Grant sent troops into South Carolina to confiscate all private guns. 
  
• In 1914, President Wilson ordered the infantry into Colorado to disarm everyone involved in a labor union dispute, including members of law enforcement and the National Guard. 
  
• In 1993, the US Army provided advice, tactical support and military equipment to the FBI and the BATF to raid the Branch Davidian Compound in Waco, TX, resulting in the deaths of 74 men, women and children

In the first 130 years of our country’s history, federal troops were used more than 100 times without a declaration of martial law! The truth is that the unprecedented economic crisis afflicting the nation, along with building resentment over the new President’s socialist policies and questionable eligibility for office has the central government looking for a reason, any reason to pull the trigger. But trust me...

Let’s face it, traditional armies are trained to dispatch enemies with vicious efficiency... and that’s why local police have always been trained differently. Local police have traditionally been trained to protect and serve with respect for the rights of the citizens. But things have changed dramatically in this country. Those who understand this should pay special attention.
